My post got a lot of responses from other users who were experiencing issues with syncing their Fitbit data with the Health app on their iPhones.

The Health app on iPhone and Fitbit app can sync data with each other, provided both the apps are connected. The Health app on your iPhone can track a variety of health data, including steps, workouts, sleep, and heart rate.

If you wear a Fitbit tracker, it can automatically track your data, including steps, sleep, and heart rate.

1. Open Health app on your iPhone.

2. Tap “Health Data” tab at the bottom.

3. Tap “Sources” tab at the top.

4. Tap “Add Data” tab.

5. Select “Fitbit” from the list of available apps.

6. Tap “Continue” to grant permission for the Health app to access your Fitbit data.
