Mi Band Not Counting Steps Correctly

Dear @xiaomi

I bought mi band 5 and from first day it was counting steps wrong, it was showing 5-10 steps even if I was moving.

I updated firmware, I reset the band, I tried different phones, I tried different accounts, I tried with different apps, but the problem persisted.

I returned the band to amazon and received a replaced one. And that one also started doing the same after 3 days.

So, I again returned it.

Same problem persisted with the third one.

I then opened a ticket with amazon support.

They told me to factory reset the band.

I did so.

But still, the band was not counting steps correctly.

They told me to replace the band.

Now, I have 4 bands, out of which 3 are not counting steps correctly.

I have provided a video to amazon support.

Now, they have stopped replying to my emails, they stopped replying to my messages on amazon chat.

I am really disappointed with this response.

I can provide the video to Xiaomi.

Please look into it.

Mi Band 5 is a piece of shit.

And Xiaomi’s after sales support is even worse.

This is my 4th Mi Band.

The first one was pretty good.

But from 2nd one, every band is doing this.

I am really disappointed.

And Xiaomi’s support is really bad.

This is my last Mi Band.

And I am done with Xiaomi.

They don’t care about their customers.

Xiaomi is a shit company.

Their products are shit.

Their support is shit.

I am going to post this on all social media.

And I am going to post this on all forums.

Shit company.
