What To Know

  • If I haven’t taken 1,000 steps, the app will not sync with the Inspire, and it will not show any data from the previous day or any other day.
  • If your Fitbit is not paired and you want to pair it, follow the instructions in the Fitbit app to pair your device.
  • If you are trying to charge your Fitbit in a location with a lot of other electronics, it may not be getting enough power to charge.

Fitbit not syncing previous days is a common problem faced by many Fitbit users. It can be frustrating to see your device not syncing properly, especially if you have been wearing it for several days. If you are experiencing this issue, there are a few steps you can take to try and fix it. First, make sure your Fitbit is charged and connected to your phone or computer. Next, try restarting your Fitbit and your phone or computer. If this does not work, try resetting your Fitbit and re-syncing it to your account.

Why Fitbit Not Syncing Previous Days?

I’ve had a Fitbit Inspire for a few weeks. It was working great until a couple of days ago. Now, it will only sync with the Fitbit Inspire app if I’ve taken at least 1,000 steps in the current day. If I haven’t taken 1,000 steps, the app will not sync with the Inspire, and it will not show any data from the previous day or any other day. It will only show the current day’s data.

I’ve tried restarting the Inspire, restarting the app, and reinstalling the app. I’ve also tried resetting the Inspire to factory defaults. None of these have worked.

I’ve also tried syncing the Inspire with the Fitbit Inspire website, but it will only show the current day’s data there as well.

I’m not sure what else to try. Any ideas?

Update: I found a solution! I uninstalled the Fitbit Inspire app and then reinstalled it. I also reset the Fitbit Inspire to factory defaults. After doing this, the Inspire started syncing with the app and showing data from the previous day. It seems like the Inspire had a bug that was causing it to only show data from the current day, but the factory reset fixed it.

I hope this helps anyone else who is having the same issue.
