I think we all get a little comfortable with what we have and are not always looking for something else. Even if that something else could be better or even perfect.
I’ll use an example. I have been using a fitness tracker for a few years. I won’t mention any names, but it’s a pretty popular brand. I have the tracker, the app, and the website. I have everything set up and am receiving the data I want. I have friends on the app. I’m sharing my workouts with the world.
Then I got an email that my account was going to be deactivated. Why? I have everything set up and am happy. Why would you take this away from me? I investigated and found that I could reactivate my account if I updated my password. No problem. I did that and all was good.
